Why CWO Immigration

What is a “skilled worker”?
The term by itself is quite fancy but in reality anyone with at least one year of experience can qualify for the program. That’s it! One year of paid full-time experience and you can be a skilled worker. Just fill in the Assessment Form to see if you qualify and we’ll take care of the rest.

Why is it called a “point/s system”?
Because the Canada Skilled Worker Visa point/s selection system allocates a certain number of points for your experience, age, education, etc., and based on that you qualify or not to be granted a Permanent Resident Status in Canada. CWO Immigration will make sure that you are counting all the points that you have and present them to Immigration Canada so you won’t loose the opportunity of becoming a Canadian.

How many points do I need?
Right now you will need 67 points according to the Federal Skilled Worker program in order to qualify… however if you are 1, 2 or up to 15 points short, we can help you. We can look for a job for you or we can advise you on how to improve your score: taking a course, gaining more experience, etc. We’ll be here helping you succeed in achieving your dream of coming to Canada.

How long does the process take?
Depending on the visa post where you apply, the waiting time varies. We will advise you on the most appropriate visa post where you should apply for your Permanent Resident Status. Did you know that it is not necessary to apply in your country of citizenship or permanent residency? Small tips like this will save you time and we have a lot of tips for you. Our goal is for you to arrive in Canada as soon as possible.

If I decided to emigrate in Canada, could I bring my spouse and kids with me?
Yes, you can include your spouse and dependent children on your application. You even get points for your spouse’s education or work experience. We will advise you about the process and even we’ll provide you with information about schools for your children once in Canada. We are hoping you will become a Canadian pretty soon.

How about Quebec?
First you have to fill in the form to allow us to assess your eligibility for the Federal program because you can settle anywhere. If you don’t qualify, we’ll assess your application for the Quebec program only and we will recommend it to you if you qualify.

Why should I choose your organization over another immigration lawyer/consultant?
Simply because our staff specializes in 4 areas only compared to a general immigration lawyer/consultancy firm that does everything. It’s like going to a general medical clinic while you need a brain surgery. If you decide to come to Canada, the immigration part is the most important therefore we make sure that your case receives the best consideration possible.

We have created a system of lawyers and consultants who will be working for you if required. This way we can maintain our prices to a reasonable level, offering you the best service possible. Please click here for more info.
