Are you married with someone from abroad or are you looking to bring the loved one to Canada?
If you are not legally married, we will need to find out if you have cohabited with your partner or you were involved in a conjugal relationship for 1 year or more. Any specific details of the relationship with your partner may assist with your application, so feel free to let us know more.

Can I be a sponsor?

Yes, if you are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Even if there is no income requirement for you to sponsor your partner/spouse, we will assess your case to avoid your application refusal in case you are on public assistance, or welfare, for other than a disability.

We will also need to assess the admissibility of your partner under the Immigration Act (IRPA).

.

How long will it take?
The processing time varies however it is our goal to do everything possible and bring your partner here. In order to diminish the waiting time we will need to ensure that there are no issues with your application and the risk of delay is minimized.

Why should I choose your organization over another immigration lawyer/consultant?
Simply because we can offer you a service beyond just getting your status here!

Immigration can be a complex process under the Canadian law. We can help you bring the loved one to Canada as our previous experience and the expertise of our staff will be available for you to use.

Should I hire a lawyer or consultant?
Consultants in Canada are regulated. In order to be a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), members had to pass both an ethics and knowledge test. You will find Bogdan Enica listed on the CSIC web site at http://www.csic.ca/

Since the process you will be going through is mostly administrative, a lawyer is often not the best choice. The team working with the immigration consultant already knows the ins and outs of the complex programs that Immigration Canada has. A lawyer who specializes in knowledge of the law may not know all the practices and procedures that are to be used in your particular case.

Usually a lawyer is useful if you are headed to the courts, which is a very unusual place where a spousal case can end up. Also in most cases lawyers will charge more than consultants.

How much will it cost?
Immigration Canada will charge you a fee for the process. We can offer you a competitive fee which we charge in addition to the Immigration Canada fees. In addition you will be required to cover your medical examination costs, which are usually about $50 as well as other minor expenses such as police certificates and own transportation to the visa post.

Fee breakdown: our fee includes providing legal advice on necessary documents, preparing your sponsorship and application for permanent residence and advising you about what to expect from the process. An example may be: is it the best option for your spouse to apply in Canada?

Our firm specialized in spousal & common law sponsorship. Please note that if you are looking to bring your siblings or parents to Canada, we will need to refer you to another firm or immigration lawyer specializing in that area.

Meet your half … we can help you to bring the one you love to Canada!

I have decided not to hire a lawyer or consultant. Do you offer any service to review my application.
Yes. Send us an email for more information. We will review and provide a written assessment of your package before you send it to Immigration Canada. You will be notified about errors, deficiencies, corrections.
